DESCRIPTION:Homelessness is certainly a problem in our community and not everyone 
 agrees with how to deal with it. When we look closely, we realize that 
 countless millions of dollars are being spent on the problem indirectly 
 with no benefit or help to anyone.\nWe've researched other areas where a 
 new approach is showing much benefit for very little money.\nWe'd like to 
 share what we've been finding with you.\n\nIf you'd like to help us with
