 Unfortunately, it passed the CA Assembly and is headed to Gov. Brown's 
 desk, and he has said he will sign it.\n\nFLASH PROTEST: For those of you 
 who can take time today at 3:30 in San Francisco, please join Californians 
 Against Fracking (esp. CREDO Action and the Center for Biological 
 Diversity) for a rally to tell Governor Brown to veto SB 4 and ban 
 fracking. \n\nGovernor Brown is signing a climate change agreement with 
 Chinese officials. We'll rally outside to make it clear that you can't
