 Public Library. His latest novel is The Impossible Lives of Greta 
 Wells.\n\nHelene Wecker is Askenazi Jewish, and her husband’s family is 
 Syrian, giving her a unique perspective on these two cultures’ mystical 
 traditions and the immigrant experiences of both groups. The Golem and the 
 Jinni is her first novel.\n\nFREE with regular admission as follows:
