DESCRIPTION:Immigrant artist Israel Hernandez was murdered by the police last month for 
 writing graffiti. September 6th, one month since his passing we will 
 decorate the world with illegal art in celebration of his life, and against 
 the any and all brutality at the hands of the state.  \n\nIsrael Hernandez 
 was 18 years old when he was tased to death last month by the police. An 
 immigrant from Colombia and an award-winning artist, he was also a graffiti 
 writer who went by the name Reefa. September 6th will mark one month since 
 his tragic passing, and we intend to mark this day with a call to 
 action:\n\nSeptember 6th, this Friday, adorn every wall with Reefa's name, 
 transform the world around us through unsanctioned art into one that 
 celebrates Reefa's life and one that will not tolerate any more brutality 
 at the hands of the state. \n\nThe ruling class would like to see illegal 
 artists scared off the streets through incidents like this, let them see
