 was a visionary mix of high-rise towers and two-story garden apartments. 
 MetLife sold the complex in the early 1970’s, and now, the current 
 ownership group has decided they want to keep the seismically unsafe high 
 rise towers but demolish the two story garden apartments. Learn the issues
