 on the environment, how the capitalist profit motive is ruining our oceans, 
 food supply, and ability to survive into the future.\n\nWe will examine a 
 few cases that show this, while pointing to Cuba's environmental successes 
 as an example of what a planned economy can accomplish. We will cover how 
 recycling, while good, can't solve the major problems, and the U.S. 
 government's failures to abide by international protocol. We will also 
 discuss how environmental degradation hits oppressed Native communities in 
 particular, and another deals with the environmental pressures facing 
 countries struggling to overcome underdevelopment.\n\nAttend this study 
 group for a clear understanding of what's behind the current environmental
