 regarded and respected community colleges in the nation, is under attack by 
 corporate-driven outside forces that are determined to downsize and 
 privatize Community Colleges across the whole state.  City College of SF is 
 a prime target of these forces because it is the biggest, and because 
 despite funding shortages, it has been most successful in including the 
 entire community in its programs: so-called racial-ethnic minorities, 
 seniors, disabled people, low-income people and many others.  No wonder 73% 
 of SF voters chose to tax themselves to preserve City College’s classes 
 and programs.\n\nPlease come to this meeting to draw together the 
 individuals and groups to form a coalition that can protect SF City 
 College.  We will be explaining what is really happening at CCSF, discuss 
 future plans, and discuss the areas of work that need to be done.\n
