DESCRIPTION:The nudity ban in San Francisco is scheduled to come into effect on 
 February 1st. Nudist activists filed a class action law suit against the 
 city of San Francisco to stop the ban on Constitutional grounds. If Judge 
 Chen grants us preliminary injunction the ban will not go into effect on 
 February 1st and is most likely to be killed altogether. If Judge Chen 
 doesn't grant us preliminary injunction public nudity will be illegal 
 starting February 1st.\n\nRegardless of how Judge Chen rules, come protest 
 the nudity ban and celebrate body freedom with us! If Judge Chen grants us 
 preliminary injunction public nudity will be legal at least until he is 
 done with our case which may take a number of hearings. If Judge Chen 
 denies the injunction, public nudity will be illegal in San Francisco 
 starting on February 1st. However, the US Constitution protects political 
 speech. If we get arrested or fined while at the protest nude it will be a 
 blatant violation of our 1st Amendment right. Should the city authorities 
 chose to arrest us it will greatly strengthen our case against them. Either 
 way we win and they lose. If you choose not to get naked please join us
