 Bancroft, to vehicular traffic.\n\nThis portion of Telegraph will become a 
 pedestrian (and bicyclist) plaza. [With brief interruptions allowing for 
 perpendicular traffic on Haste, Channing, and Durant to pass through at 
 intersections.] This plan can be done with just minor alterations to 
 traffic patterns, and planter boxes blocking off the plaza from motor 
 vehicles.  \n\nThe secondary part of this plan is the creation of a 
 bicycling lending program to promote healthy living and a cleaner 
 environment.  From the Telegraph Plaza, or from BART stations,  people will 
 be able to rent bikes and ride through the city, waterside and hillscape.  
 For the elderly and disabled, there will be bicycle taxi services to move
