 our communities have been caught up by this RACIST PRISON SYSTEM. During 
 this night of celebration, we make sure they know they are not forgotten by 
 celebrating RESISTANCE, STRENGTH and SURVIVAL.\n\nThe US imprisons more 
 people and a greater percent of its population than any other country in 
 the world, with most inmates being black and brown. This NYE, we respond to 
 the international calls for anti-prison demonstrations and join actions 
 around the world. We are not calling for reform, we are fighting for 
 abolition.\n\n~ Live Hip-Hop\n~ Booty shakin' beats\n~ Militant speakers 
 including\n     x Anti-prison advocates from Oakland's Latino, Black, 
 Muslim, and Queer communities\n     x Occupy Oakland's Anti-Repression 
 Committee\n     x The Black Riders\n     x Anarchists of Color\n     x Plus
