 Ella Baker Center hosts the Legacy event to celebrate Miss Baker’s life 
 and legacy.This year we are highlighting young activists who build on that 
 legacy through their tireless work to create a just immigration system in 
 the United States.\n\nPlease join us for this year’s event, Justice Knows 
 No Borders. Tickets are sliding scale $0-10 but you must RSVP to reserve 
 your seat!\n\nPanelists include:\nRuby Lopez, a young DREAM 
 activist,\nVincent Saephan, a youth member of AYPAL, and\nRaha Jorjani, a 
 lawyer who represents immigrant detainees.\n\nThese panelists understand 
 the challenge of invisibility and prejudice in the United States. And how 
 to advocate for dignity and human rights. They are changing our national 
 conversation about immigration, human dignity and borders.\n
