 (hofj.org)will host a free Foreclosure Town Hall meeting Thursday, Oct. 18 
 at Satellite Telework Centers in Felton to discuss the ongoing foreclosure 
 crisis and possible NEW solutions.\n\nHolmes will provide overviews of the 
 new California law called the Homeowners Bill of Rights, the implications 
 of the upcoming expiration of the IRS's mortgage debt forgiveness law on 
 Dec. 31, 2012 and help folks consider various new options related to 
 foreclosure. The presentation will be followed by a question and answer 
 period. \n\nWe have invited several radio stations, Community TV and CNN to 
 this event, as well as local newspapers.\n\nWe are also inviting our County 
 Supervisors, Recorder & other officials.\n
