 feet tall) spelling out "DUMP CITIZENS UNITED!" The phrase will stretch 500 
 feet down the beach. All invited. Free event. Please arrive in vicinity by 
 10:45, find your place in the lettering by 11:15 (volunteers will assist 
 you), helicopter overhead at noon sharp. Within days, all participants 
 receive an oversized postcard in the US mail. Please register at the
