 creative ideas and actions to respond to the agressive and compassionless 
 manner that the city deals with houseless campers. \n\nSleeping outside is 
 illegal in Santa Cruz after 11pm and simply laying under a blanket is 
 against the law. \nWhat are people who don't have shelter to do at night? 
 \nWhere are people to sleep? There is not nearly enough sheltered beds. 
 \n\nMore than 310 citations have been written in the latest campaign 
 targeting houseless campers. \n150 campsites have been disposed of in the 
 trash. Many people are reporting that personal documents and family photos 
 \nhave been disposed of. THIS MUST STOP! \n\nJoin us on on the courthouse
