 Oakland Police Department. The coroner's report indicated that two shots 
 were fired into his back. According to several witnesses, Blueford was 
 unarmed.\n\nBlueford's murder is only the latest in an epidemic of police 
 killings around the Bay Area. The murder of two Latino men on two 
 consecutive days in Anaheim, California, underlines the fact that racist 
 police killings are a systemic problem across the country, with the victims 
 predominantly African American and Latino youth. But communities have 
 started fighting back.\n\nHear reports and participate in a discussion on
