DESCRIPTION:On July 21, 2012, a screen printing demonstration with artists Barbara 
 Barnett and Terry Forman will take place at the Oakland Museum of 
 California from 2 to 3:30 p.m. \n\n"Experience printmaking in action-in the 
 middle of OMCA's Great Hall! Learn about screen printing techniques and the 
 thriving Bay Area poster scene with local artists and Lincoln Cushing, 
 guest curator of All of Us or None: Social Justice Posters of the San 
 Francisco Bay Area. Take the experience home with you with a custom print. 
 Included with Museum admission.\n\nBarbara Barnett and Terry Forman are 
 part of the Fireworks Graphics Collective. Fireworks was a national project 
 of the anti-imperialist organization Prairie Fire Organizing Committee. 
 From the 1970s through the 1990s, the collective produced street art that 
 responded to the events of the time, including the liberation of women, 
 gays and lesbians, political prisoners, and all oppressed peoples."\n\nThe 
 final two demonstrations of the series will take place on August 4 with 
 Zand Gee and Jos Sances and on August 18 with Chris Shaw and Doug Lawler.
