DESCRIPTION:Last 5 of the Santa Cruz Eleven are Slated for Preliminary Hearing 
 Readiness.  Normally this would just be "housekeeping" check-in with the 
 lawyers to see if they're ready to proceed for next week.\n\nHowever since 
 D.A. Rebekah Young has failed, as expected, to provide the promised 
 evidence to look over, my attorney David Beauvais and at least two others 
 will be looking to continue the Preliminary Hearings until we can actually 
 see what the Prosecution has.  \n\nThis may also have additional 
 implications since the Judge who'd been hearing the issue next week is 
 Judge Sillman, who seemed much more sympathetic to Young's conspiracy 
 theories than Judge Burdick, who's dismissed all cases before him so far.  
 \n\nAlso at 9 AM, though Brent Adams failed to dump his do-nothing lawyer 
 Ryan Murphy earlier this week, Murphy himself is apparently trying to jump 
 ship and get himself relieved.   All the better for Brent.  Also in Dept.6. 
 \n\nIf the continuance is not granted, the Preliminary Hearing for the Last 
 5 of the Eleven is scheduled to start 1:30 PM Tuesday May 29th.  \n\nThere 
 is a "Flash Tent Mob" scheduled at the Water St. side of the courthouse for 
 4-7 PM in the afternoon.  See
