DESCRIPTION:Mike Wilson has been reading, studying, and enjoying the writings of Jack 
 London since he was a teenager. Recognized as an expert on this well-known 
 local author of The Call of the Wild and other stories, he also portrayed 
 Jack London in the first person for more than 25 years. Mr. Wilson has 
 written a critically acclaimed book, Jack London’s Klondike Adventure, 
 and recently finished a musical about Jack’s days as an oyster pirate and 
 is working on a biography on London. In 2005, Mr. Wilson received the 
 coveted “Jack London Man of the Year” award from the Jack London
