 communities, and our nations. It's a pivotal time, inevitably surrendering 
 to a totally different way of being. The more we learn and are able to 
 harness the particular gifts of each mountain, the less we struggle, the 
 less vital energy we waste.\n\nThe four mountains will be our points of 
 entry as we travel via shamanic journeying to discover our personal 
 relationships with the elements. The ancient vehicles of poetry, song, and 
 story-telling will carry us each day on this sacred exploration. Gentle 
 walking, taking space, journaling, and personal sharing will be encouraged, 
 as we pursue the quest for Brissingamen, the "jewel of humanity's 
 enlightenment". \n\nOur primary goal is to foster ecopsychology and 
 ecological awareness throughout the Bay Area.\n
