 buses is being drastically cut.\n* Youth are profiled in bus sweeps for 
 proof of payment\n\nAfter considerable pressure, the MTA Board has agreed 
 to vote on Free MUNI for Youth in its April 3 meeting.\n\nEveryone should 
 have free transportation. Fares are not supposed to fund transportations 
 systems. Downtown business’s profits are made possible because MUNI 
 brings them their customers and workers, but downtown business pays NOTHING 
 to maintain MUNI. That’s why MUNI is having a new round of service cuts
