 the residents of the island have been fighting the building of a naval 
 base, especially for the U.S. military’s sea-based component of its 
 ballistic missile defense system. \n\nU.S. Ballistic Missile Defense 
 System.\n\nHow can we tolerate this?\n\nWhat more can we do to halt U.S. 
 imperialism and military aggression besides email the governor and 
 politicians of South Korea?\n\nHow are we going to bring severely lacking 
 international attention to the plight of these people and this island 
 endangered?\n\nWe have put feelers out to CodePINK National for financial 
 support to help us get to Jeju Island. \n\nWe are having a Journey to 
 Creech meeting this Wednesday, March 14th, 6pm at Mudrakers Cafe. We will 
 add Journey to Jeju Island on the agenda too.\n\nPLEASE come 6pm Wednesday 
 evening to this very important meeting, even if you have no intention to 
 travel either to Creech or to Jeju, to share your ideas and
