DESCRIPTION:Ed Frey will be defending activist Gary Johnson, arrested for sleeping in 
 front of the courthouse with a "Sleep is Not a Crime" sign in early 
 January.  \n\nHe has been in jail in Watsonville awaiting trial for the 
 last month and a half.\n\nHe has been charged with multiple counts of 
 sleeping ("lodging") for a peaceful solitary protest right around the 
 building from the Occupy Santa Cruz activists.\n\nThe four sets of
