DESCRIPTION:DIY Depression Counseling is a non-hierarchal, non-judgmental group 
 discussion for anyone of any age or gender to come together and talk about 
 their feelings, fears, relationship or personal problems, views on society 
 and how it makes us feel we are alone in our problems and mental 
 well-being, emotional scarring after dealing with police brutality,  etc.  
 Often sometimes in the punk or activist scene we either ignore our personal 
 feelings and emotional well being of ourselves and others, and restrict 
 these discussions with only close friends, while group discussions are 
 sometimes viewed as “righteous” or “irrelevant” thus keeping us 
 from even talking about our personal lives in fear of being ostracized from 
 our peers. Helping each other through tough emotional times and keeping 
 ourselves from going insane from our own minds is a key factor in building 
 a healthy community and scene. We are all fucking depressed, so let’s 
 talk about it and help each other out!!\n
