DESCRIPTION:UN DAY is celebrated each year commemorating the signing of the UN Charter 
 in San Francisco, CA in 1945.\nThis year, on Saturday, October 22, 10:30 
 am, United Nations Association of Santa Cruz County will celebrate the 
 event with our UN Day Parade beginning at Cathcart St.and Pacific Avenue in 
 Santa Cruz.\nFollowing the PARADE there will be a Rally at Abbott Square by 
 the Museum of Art & History. Speakers, music, food.\nOur parade promises to 
 be great this year, bigger and better than ever.\nThe event is free and 
 open to everyone.\nThe office of the UNA is located at The UNA Store, 903 
 Pacific Ave. across from the bus depot.\nHours are 11 am to 5 PM daily. 
 UNICEF gift items and cards are available as well as handcrafts from around
