Discrimination-Defend Transit Operators, Public Workers, Senior Workers &
Retirees In SF\nJoin the Protest and Speak-out on Monday October 17,
2011\n\n\nThe billionaires with the support of San Francisco Democratic
politicians are attacking\nSF city workers and all public workers.\n\nTWU
250 A Transit driver Dorian Maxwell who has been whistle blowing to OSHA
and\nMTA Muni management about dangerous buses and trains in San Francisco
has been\ntargeted by management to be
 fired.\nhttp://blip.tv/laborvideo/stop-the-frame-up-twu-250-a-members-and-supporters-of-operator-dorian-maxwell-rally-5257655\nhttp://blip.tv/file/5089492\nHe
will be having an arbitration at the MTA-MUNI on Monday October 17, 2011 at
12:30 PM\nat Market and Van Ness at their headquarters.\nHe has also spoken
out against the concession bargaining engaged in by the Mayor, the
 Democratic\nparty politicians and the SFLC labor council/PEC/TWU 250 A
leadership. They are also presently\npushing a reactionary attack on public
workers and retirees with propositions C pushed by Mayor Lee\nwith the
support of SF billionaire Warren Hellman. Another reactionary proposition
D pushed by Jeff Adachi \nwith the support of San Francisco billionaire
Michael Moritz is also on the ballot.\nInstead of making San Francisco's 24
billionaires pay for this crisis these politicians are attacking\nthe

our public services\nand education.\nCecilia Jaroslawski, a SF City planner
who was illegally fired along with other senior city planners\nby the San
Francisco Planning Department in collusion with the San Francisco Human
Resources Director \nMicki Callahan because of their age and seniority. The
discriminatory firing was called a "prima facia" \ncase by former Civil
Service Commission Vice Chair Don Casper. She won her job back without
back\npay in her arbitration but the fight to stop discrimination against
 all city workers
 continues.\nhttp://blip.tv/laborvideo/fired-sf-city-planner-jaroslawski-exposes-systemic-discrimination-against-senior-planners-5400654\nSenior
SF city workers are being harassed and illegally being driven out of
their\njobs by city managers and bosses who want to bring in workers who

outside\ninvestigation at the San Francisco Civil Service Commission
