 Wednesday, October 12, for a morning rush-hour march. \n\nCalifornians have 
 been hit hard by staggering unemployment rates and rampant foreclosures, 
 with communities of color and working class communities bearing the brunt 
 of the current economic crisis. Inspired by similar mass movements in New 
 York, across the US, and around the world, residents and Bay Area community 
 groups are speaking out. \n\nThe march participants are demanding that our 
 banks pay their fair share of taxes and fines and that banks be held 
 accountable for their role in causing this economic crisis.
