DESCRIPTION:The Islamic Cultural Center of Northern California, located on Madison St.
in downtown Oakland, grows more active and engaged, serving the broad
community of Middle Eastern newcomers as well as longer term residents and
their families in the Bay Area. The authors' series kicks off this Sunday,
Sept 25, with Alia Malek (see below) and continues into spring. This is the
first of several fascinating conversations intended for both the Islamic
community and the general public, and would make a great feature I believe.
If you wish more information, please contact Reza Rohani at the Center,
510-832-7600, or Sara Mostafavi, the ICCNC board member overseeing the
series, at info@sara-law.com or 510-898-2950.\n\n\nICCNC cordially invites
