 beaten brutally on the street by Eureka Police officers and further abused 
 by Humboldt Co. Sheriff “correctional officers” - who left Martin to 
 die in a jail cell.\n\nSince Sept 2008, there has been a federal civil 
 rights lawsuit against the Eureka cops and Humboldt Sheriff's, brought by 
 Martin's baby daughter and his father, Marty Cotton.\n\n*JURY TRIAL in
