 scheduled for Thursday, September 8, at the Powell Street Station, 
 beginning at 4:30 PM.\n\n* This action will be very different than what we 
 have done before, and we need help organizing and publicizing this 
 event.\n\n* It is being planned in coalition with a number of other 
 community organizations and groups. Spokespeople from these groups may 
 participate in this press conference.\n\n* There will be roles for people 
 on the platforms as well as above ground and we will maintain a presence at 
 multiple BART stations.\n\n* Please get in touch at

 this effort.\n\n* Supporters and organizers should save the date (THURSDAY 
 SEPTEMBER 8TH) and begin doing serious outreach for that event.\n\n* Anyone
