 is important and what we can do to take action.\n\nSince the 1990s, we have 
 repeatedly asked the FDA, the USDA, our legislators and the courts to label 
 food that contain genetically modified organisms. They haven't.\nIt’s 
 time for Californians to vote on labeling genetically engineered 
 foods.\n\n...What will happen to the future of our food if we don’t act 
 NOW?\nWe need YOU to join us to make informed consumer choice the 
 law!\n\nThis meeting is for activists to come together to learn about the 
 initiative, how we suggest being activists in your community and organizing 
 into a new cohesive group. We will be asking for folks to think about 
 committees they want to be on and assign a point person. Please invite all
