 Nasik, India @ Yoga Vidya Gurukal. Classes are for beginner's and 
 experienced alike. In class we will focus on: meditation, breathing, 
 mantra, and asanas (poses) that gently open the body. We will also be 
 discussing and learning about the science of yoga, by exploring some
