DESCRIPTION:Indybay writer and photographer Peter M will speak and project photographs 
 from his nearly-completed series of 12 profiles of "Media Workers for 
 Social Change."  A wide variety of media workers are represented, including 
 an Indybay volunteer, photographers, a videographer, a record producer, a 
 silkscreen artist, a talk show host, and a social marketer.  Some are 
 leaders in their communities.  Peter was a founding member of Indybay and 
 photo coordinator for over eight years.  This project has been two years in 
 the making.  Below is a picture by Peter of media worker Favianna Rodriguez 
 and her mural in Oakland.\n
