 COMMUNITY!!!\n\nStop the budget disaster that is coming to California. 
 According to the California Budget Project the rich pay 7.5% of their 
 income while the poorest pay 11%.\n\nNow that the special election isn't 
 happening, we are facing 28 billion in cuts. The cuts that were proposed 
 before:$1.7 billion from the phase-out of redevelopment agencies, $1.7 
 billion in MediCal reductions, $1.5 billion in cuts to the CalWORKs 
 Program, $1.0 billion in reductions to the University of California and 
 California State University, and $1.0 billion from the diversion of 
 Proposition 10 funds\n\nBrown's Plan:

 special election would happen.\n\nThese are the cuts are the tip of the ice 
 burg because they assumed the special election passed. Now it hasn't and we 
 are facing a dire situation! $28 billion is roughly 34% of last years 
 budget and will affect everyone.\n\nWe don't need budget cuts; the 
 possibility of California’s wealth and prosperity is endless, but as long 
 as these programs that don’t address the real issues of wealth 
 displacement in CA, the possibility of a flourishing California is going to 
 fade farther and farther away. We need fair and balanced plan that has a 
 positive outcome for the majority of Californians.\n\nWisconsin and Egypt 
 have shown the way. Change only comes from the voices of the people. All 
 you need to do is show your support and solidarity for the your fellow 
 working citizens. Come occupy the state building to demand a just budget 
 that serves everyone, and stand in solidarity with citizens in the Midwest 
 getting stripped of their rights!!!\n\n\nWhat you can do to make a 
 contribution (show your solidarity even if you can’t make it):\n\n-Post 
 this fb page link on every prominent Civil Rights, Human Rights, 
 Pro-Choice, Pro-Labor, Pro-Education and socially active website you can 
 possibly post on (including the facebook pages of The Nation, Common 
 Dreams, US Uncut, etc.)\n-Post flyers around school campuses and call into 
 radio stations all weekend to spread the word.\n-Come out on Monday and 
 stand for the working class and students of California.\n- The California
