 alternative fund -- the People's Life Fund -- will be holding its granting 
 ceremony, at which it gives away money to local groups, in conjunction with 
 the National War Tax Resistance Coordinating Committee's national gathering 
 in Oakland.\n\nIn addition, famous anarchist lawyer and twice-imprisoned 
 war tax resister J. Tony Serra will speak on his experience with war tax
