 Economics and Politics of Crisis and Resistance" (PM Press, 2011). He 
 argues that—far from having ended—the crisis has ushered in an era of 
 worldwide economic and political turbulence. His analysis fleshes out the 
 roots of the crisis in basic features of capitalism, not just financial 
 deregulation. McNally, a professor of political science at York University, 
 Toronto, will end with an audience Q & A. His book will also be available.
