DESCRIPTION:David Harvie and Keir Milburn will deliver a talk based on their book 
 "Moments of Excess." Harvie is a senior lecturer in finance and political 
 economy at the University of Leicester in the UK. Milburn is a teaching 
 assistant in the politics and international studies department at the 
 University of Leeds. They are part of the Free Association/Leeds May Day 
 Group, an "ongoing experiment" based in Leeds, Halifax, Minneapolis, etc.
