 films presented here deal with themes such as the restoration of civility 
 within the criminal justice system, and personal/social recovery after

 Borders (66 minutes) by director Yun Suh\nIn the heart of Jerusalem stands 
 an unusual symbol of unity that defies generations of segregation, violence 
 and prejudice: a gay bar called Shushan. City of Borders goes inside this 
 underground sanctuary where people of opposing nationalities, religions and 
 sexual orientations create an island of peace in a land divided by war.

 to the devastation and desolation of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina, 
 and the effects the aftermath has on her and her family. It is a story of 
 love, loss and rebirth, five years after the storm.\n\n3:00 - The Wall (65 
 minutes) by Ricardo Martinez\nFilmed over two years along the US/Mexico 
 border, The Wall interweaves the lives of vigilante group the minutemen, 
 border towns, a sheriff, and two illegal immigrants. Ricardo Martinez's 
 thought-provoking film explores the complicated world of border policy and

 Deann Borshay Liem\n\n4:30 - In The Matter of Cha Jung Hee (64 minutes) by 
 Deann Borshay Liem\nHer passport said she was Cha Jung Hee. She knew she
