DESCRIPTION:Girls Rock After School Program (GRASP) empowers girls ages 8-18 through 
 music education, creation, and performance. For ten weeks, participants 
 learn instruments, attend band practice, and go to workshops in 
 self-defense, songwriting, and zines/comics. Each band writes their own 
 song, records it, and performs it live at the showcase, don't miss 
 it!\n\nThis showcase is the culmination of 10 weeks' worth of work. 55 
 girls in 12 bands will showcase their original songs written at
