DESCRIPTION:Take the street, shut down MLK!\n\nThe formal event is organized by groups 
 such as Code Pink, Courage to Resist, and World Can't.  Speaker Daniel 
 Ellsberg will be at the protest to support Bradley Manning, and to end the 
 wars in the Middle East.  However the masses can decided to move beyond the 
 speaking event and shut down the heart of the city if they are inspired.  
 \n\nDuring the last city council meeting of 2010, Berkeley City Council had 
 an opportunity to demand the freedom of Bradley Manning, but the council 
 backed out due to pressure from right-wing and soft-liberal organizations.  
 The city was also afraid of a boycott of Berkeley businesses during the 
 holiday season - previous "boycott Berkeley" campaigns had hurt Berkeley
