 137,000 square foot Target Store is scheduled for Monday December 20th at 
 8:00pm at the San Rafael City Hall located at 1400 Fifth Ave @ D Street San 
 Rafael, CA.\nThe driving considerations for the City is sales tax, 
 purported to be approximately $675,000 annually, from over $54 million in 
 sales. Their sales will come partially at your expense. Also say no for 
 environmental reasons and because it would damage the rebuilding of our 
 economic. Please come out and join Keep it Local San Rafael, PD-Marin, 
 Sustainable San Rafael, and many others to say NO TO TARGET. Please 
 call/contact the San Rafael City Council members before the meeting and 
 tell them their decision will have negative effects regionally not just in 
 San Rafael. San Rafael City Council has a progressive majority, but we 
 cannot take it for granted that they will do the right thing.\nThey need to
