 ACT?\nThe Development, Relief and Education for Alien Minors Act (The 
 "DREAM Act") is a piece of proposed federal legislation in the United 
 States that was first introduced in the United State Senate on August 1, 
 2001 and most recently re-introduced there and the United states House of 
 Representatives on March 26, 2009.This would help certain undocumented 
 students who graduated from high school and attended for at least 3 years, 
 who are of “good moral character”, arrived in the United States before 
 the age of 16, and have been in the country continuously for at least five 
 years prior to the bill's enactment, the opportunity to earn conditional 
 permanent residency if they complete two years in the military (average 
 service is around 6 years) or at least two years of higher 
 education.\n\nFacts and Statistics:\n• As of the year 2000, approximately 
 2.5 million undocumented youth under the age of 18 were living in the 
 U.S.\n• Only 10 states allow undocumented students to pay in-state 
 tuition: California, Illinois, Kansas, Nebraska, New Mexico, New York, 
 Oklahoma, Utah, and Washington.\n• Many undocumented students have 
 excelled as honor students, class valedictorians, and active members of 
 their communities.\n• Must be between the ages of 12 to 35\n• Arizona, 
 Colorado, and Georgia have denied access to undocumented students to a 
 higher education\n• 40% of all undocumented students live in 
 California\n• Every year over 65,000 undocumented immigrant students are
