 is to demonstrate public support of low-barrier housing for the homeless in 
 the form of "Housing First".  We will be urging the County Board of 
 Supervisors to vote yes to allocating minimally $200,000\nthis year to the 
 start up of the program with the assurance of increasing this amount in 
 years to come.  We are anticipating a vote on "Housing First" at the 
 November 30th Board meeting, though if it does not get calendared, the 
 prayer service/press conference will serve as a call to action.\nWe will 
 also be publicly recognizing the opening of the winter rotating shelter and 
 publicly thanking the Marin Community Foundation for their generous support 
 in providing the much-needed funding.\nPlease plan to gather at 4:45PM and
