DESCRIPTION:CODEPINK MONTHLY GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE PEACE WALK\n Sunday,
 November 14, 2010, Noon\n\nHONORING WAR RESISTERS......REMEMBERING GI
SUICIDES\n\n This month, as a follow up to Veteran's Day, we
invite you to march \n with us to honor all U.S. soldiers who
 have become war resisters.\n \n
(photo by Kirk McCabe) \n\nDuring our
walk, we will call out:\nWe honor soldiers who refuse to kill.\nWe honor
soldiers who have the courage to resist illegal occupation.\nWe honor
soldiers who say no to war.\nWe honor soldiers who work diligently for
peace.\nWe honor soldiers who have the courage to go to jail for refusing
to fight.\nWe honor soldiers who desert the military and sacrifice their
security.\nWe honor soldiers who speak out against the terror of U.S. wars
and occupations.\nWe honor Bradley Manning, a real American war hero.\n\nWe
celebrate you, brave warriors, for your courage, for your conscience and
for your leadership.\nWe wish you much success in spreading truth, light
and love to the violent world that we live in.\n\nThis Sunday, we invite
all of you to join us to honor war resisters. \nWe will have a public
reading of the names of known war resisters.\n\nOn a more tragic side, in
support of the new documentary, "War Torn, 1861-2010", that
chronicles\nthe psychological damage on soldiers of U.S. wars over the
decades, we will read the names of those \nsoldiers who have committed
suicide over the recent years, because of the unbearable pain and
memories\nfrom their war experiences.\n\nSee last Wednesday's Democracy Now
 interview with the
 filmmakers:\nhttp://www.democracynow.org/2010/11/10/war_torn_1861_2010_new_doc\n\nIf
you can, please bring veteran stories, poems, etc, to share in a quiet
gathering following the march,\nto help us remember the sacrifice and cost
 of continued immoral occupations.\n\nLast month's march:\n \n
