 the tide of gentrification in San Francisco by creating permanently 
 affordable, tenant-owned, cooperative housing. Stick around to mingle, 
 dance to live bands, and sing karaoke. A $5-20 donation is suggested to 
 support our work (no one turned away for lack of funds). Food will be
