 be teaming up to denounce proposition 23 and support California’s current 
 climate law called, "The Global Warming Solutions Act (AB32)."  The Valero 
 funded ballot initiative "Proposition 23" threatens to effectively repeal 
 this law.   \n\nSan Rafael, Mill Valley and Sonoma cities have all recently 
 passed resolutions opposing Proposition 23 and their representatives will 
 be publicly announcing their decisions to the community.  In addition, many
