 provide universal (single payer) health care and provides training to 51 
 other developing countries to do the same through ELAM- Escuela 
 Lationoamericana de Medicine in Havana, Cuba. Cuba offers FREE scholarships 
 to people from the US and around the world to attend their medical school 5 
 yr. program; information packets available at this event. BPP Melvin 
 Dickson was in Cuba last month and interviewed Virginia Diaz Conzales, 
 co-director of ELAM in Havana. He will give a short talk and answer
