DESCRIPTION:Santa Cruz Solidarity is a network of working people who are tired of being 
 mistreated and taken advantage of by greedy bosses and landlords. We take 
 collective action to solve individual problems such as stolen security 
 deposits and unpaid overtime wages- we no longer have to face these issues 
 alone!  Come learn about ways that you can take action to get what you 
 need! \n\nWe are looking forward to kicking off our work with an event 
 coming up on September 14th at the Louden Nelson Community Center, at 6:30 
 pm. We will be hosting speakers from nearby areas who will share their 
 experiences organizing around tenant's and worker's issues, show a few 
 short films, and have a table of useful resources and reading for anyone. 
 Get inspired to take action and get involved! \n\nWe will soon be holding 
 weekly meetings that are open to all to attend. If you want to talk to us
