 opposition to the proposed Wal-Mart supercenter. Arrive as early as 4 pm to 
 ensure a seat in the council chambers. Food and entertainment will be 
 provided for those who arrive early. There will be overflow seating outside 
 the city council chamber and a video monitor for those who arrive later.

 the council willl accommodate all who wish to speak for 3 minutes.\n\nThe
