 the apparent instigation of City Attorney Barisone (probably John, possibly 
 Susan--who knows?, attorney-client privilege).  \n\nThe item is #25 on the 
 afternoon agenda, so it's uncertain when it will come up.  Session starts 
 at 3 PM; I'm guessing it'll be sometime after 3:30 PM--but how long after 
 is unclear.  \n\nUncertain how long the actual discussion will be.  Given
