 officials. This is a violation of HIPAA law and YOUR rights. \n\nThe San 
 Jose City Attorney wants to force YOU to choose only one collective to be a 
 member of. This violates YOUR right to free association. \n\nThe San Jose 
 City Attorney wants to limit patients to TEN collectives in the entire 
 City. This limits your ability to choose the BEST collective for you. 
 \n\nThe San Jose City Attorney wants to force collectives to cultivate ALL 
 medicine on-site. This creates a security hazard, AND limits the variety 
 and quality of medicine available to YOU. \n\nThe San Jose City Attorney 
 wants to keep YOU away from Schools, Child day care centers, Churches, 
 Community Centers, Recreational Centers, Parks, Trails, Libraries, 
 Substance Abuse Centers, Residences, and other Collectives, JUST BECAUSE
